Las Galeras
At the end of the road. . . the very end of the Peninsula is the small town of Las Galeras. There you will find the main beach, as well as the more secluded Playita, and the very secluded Playa Madame and Playa Fronton. Madame and Fronton are only accessible by boat or by a fun hike across the mountain.
Las Terrenas
Las Terrenas is about one hour away with several beautiful beaches and many great French restaurants.
Samana
Near the end of the Samana Peninsula is the town of Samana. There you will find a few restaurants including La Taberna. In the evening you will also find several places to eat along the malecon while enjoying the evening breeze.
